Archivaria, The Journal of the Association of Canadian Archivists

The purpose of Archivaria is to educate, explore, and stimulate through the communication of ideas and information. Therefore, the writing must be clear, correct, and easy to read. Indeed, the more complicated or abstract the ideas, the greater the requirement for direct and unpretentious prose. Acronyms should be used sparingly, technical terms defined in simple words, and jargon avoided wherever possible. Authors should also avoid unsuitable statements concerning ethnicity and race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.“1

Jean Dryden
Značenje izdanja u kanadskom Zakonu o autorskim pravima — arhivski pogled
(The Meaning of Publication in Canadian Copyright Law: An Archival Perspective)

Marco Bologna
Nakupljanje arhivskog gradiva tokom povijesti — reinterpretiranje temeljnog koncepta talijanske arhivske tradicije
(Historical Sedimentation of Archival Materials: Reinterpreting a Foundational Concept in the Italian Archival Tradition)

Susanne Belovari
Povjesničari i arhivski zapisi dostupni na Internetu
(Historians and Web Archives)

Anne Sofie-Klareld, Katarina L. Gidlund
“Digitalna preobrazba” arhiva i arhivskih zapisa — posljedice utjecaja “papirnatih umova” na prezentaciju i definiranje E-arhiva
(Rethinking Archives as Digital: The Consequences of “Paper Minds” in Illustrations and Definitions of E-archives)

[Nagrada Gordon Dodds] (Na)učiti slušati: zvučni arhivski zapisi i intelektualno vlasništvo domorodačkih kultura
(Learning to Listen: Archival Sound Recordings and Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property)

Sarah Cook
[Proučavanje dokumenata] Skrivena povijest: Jedinica kanadske vojske za Film i fotografiju, stvaranje i ponovno korištenje zapisa, te rekontekstualizacija “izgubljene” audiovizualne baštine
(Shrouded History: The Canadian Film and Photo Unit, Records Creation, Reuse, and the Recontextualizing of "Lost" Audio-visual Heritage)
Autorica se bavi rekontekstualizacijom audiovizualnih zapisa nastalih aktivnošću Jedinice za film i fotografiju u Drugom svjetskom ratu, tijekom svih faza njihova postojanja, od okolnosti nastanka, preko čuvanja do korištenja. Preko toga se dotiče općenitijih aspekata kanadske audiovizualne baštine.7
